Refund Process

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Processing time is 7–10 business days from the date the refund is confirmed.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated within 7-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
